Report Content or a User
PikPal has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You can report or block directly in the app:
- In the app: tap the ••• menu on any review, take, stamp, comment, or user profile to Report the content or Block the user.
- Blocked users' content is hidden from you immediately.
- We review reports and act on violations within 24 hours.
For urgent safety concerns, email support@pikpal.app with the details.
Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app:
- Open Settings → Delete Account and confirm.
- This permanently removes your profile, rankings, reviews, stamps, watchlist, and friend connections. It cannot be undone.
If you can't access the app, email support@pikpal.app from the address or phone number on your account and we'll help.
